I actually haven’t opened this puzzle yet, but I am fired up. So here it goes.
Buyer Beware. I think they’re hoping I go silent and disappear. They haven’t responded to my inquiry over a week ago. They claim responses within 24 hours.
The customer service they provide for an error on THEIR part, is atrocious. If you’re good to spend large amount of money on AI images that cost them nothing, and get absolutely terrible service if THEY make a mistake, then this is your company to support.
Multiple times I was asking for them to send me the correct puzzle, and was met with vague responses. I ordered Tarot Bitch, and got Alcohol you later instead, I said hey, I got the wrong one (the one time they were coherent) they sent me a “replacement” of Tarot Bitch, and I STILL got Alcohol you later. It took over a month for someone with reading comprehension to finally “address” my issue. All I got was a “sorry, here’s your refund”.
As much as I want that Tarot Bitch puzzle, and not 2 Alcohol you later puzzles, I don’t think I can stomach this company again. It’s been a long time since I’ve written a review with so much passion, but mannnnn did they piss me off. Buyer beware.
