I ordered 2 puzzles and after a long delay only received 1. I've reached out to their customer service regarding the missing 2nd puzzle with no response. The puzzle looks really fun, but I'm not impressed with the customer service at all.

Poorly packaged for the cost of the puzzle. Order arrived damaged (by USPS) but it could have been avoided by packing in a box rather than cheap Mylar bag. They were supposed to be gifts but can’t gift them in the condition received. Great product, HORRIBLE packaging. If you can purchase in person do so, but beware of shipping.
